Cornerback Frank Walker, the Green Bay Packers' lone free-agent signing last year, has agreed to a two-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens, his agent, Harold Lewis, said today.
Walker played a backup cornerback for the Packers last season under a one-year contract worth about $1.25 million, but despite his relatively limited playing time he's getting a raise to sign with the Ravens. The Packers had tried to keep him but offered only a one-year deal with less guaranteed money than he's getting from Baltimore.
