DE PERE – Citing health issues, Russian journalist Fatima Tlisova has canceled her speech at St. Norbert College. She was to speak at 7 p.m. today in the Fort Howard Theater, Bemis International Center.
The speech was one of three events planned this week by the college and Beyond Borders, a student diversity group focusing on international causes, as part of International Education Week.
