The Green Bay Packers don't appear to have sent out restricted free-agent tenders yet, though they might be waiting until closer to Thursday's deadline.

NFL teams are tendering restricted free agents they want to keep even though it likely will be a meaningless gesture. The likely lockout this week will lead to a new collective bargaining agreement that could render the tenders void.

The Packers have 11 players who would have been restricted free agents under last season's rules, and the agent for fullback John Kuhn, a player the team presumably wants to retain, said he'd not been informed of ...
