Green Bay Packers season ticket holders will still need to pay for their 2011 seats, and the National Football League will still release this season's schedule, despite the gridlock over a collective bargaining agreement.

The NFL and players union agreed Thursday to a 24-hour deadline extension as they continue to negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement.

An NFL work stoppage, if it happens, doesn't translate into a work stoppage for team officials or businesses that are impacted by Packers games. ...
