Bill Rivera would tap on his son's bedroom door at the crack of dawn as he prepared for work. The owner of "Two Brothers Meat Warehouse" in Brooklyn, N.Y. started his day at 5 a.m. and Marco had five minutes to dress, eat and get in the car.
