Green Bay Packers president Mark Murphy says NFL owners are done negotiating

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and several owners displayed satisfied smiles Thursday night after a 31-0 vote to pass a proposed collective bargaining agreement. Packers president Mark Murphy held a conference call with local reporters a short time later with the same sense of accomplishment.

Although players didn't vote on the deal, Murphy said the owners are done negotiating.

"We've put our pens down," Murphy said. "We've negotiated in good faith with the union. We've reached an agreement on all the key points. ...
