Green Bay Packers cornerback Brandon Underwood pleaded not guilty on Friday to a disorderly conduct charge in connection to an incident with his wife on June 16.
Underwood, 25, appeared without his attorney before Brown County Court Commissioner Lawrence Gazeley and is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on Sept. 13. His trial is set for Sept. 26. Underwood said his attorney, Barry Cohen of Elkhart Lake, had prior engagements in Madison.
