A year ago, Mike McCarthy looked out his Lambeau Field office window and saw a slogan painted on a fence that read: "In McCarthy We Trust."

Turns out, the trust was well-founded.

In his fifth season as head coach, McCarthy led the Green Bay Packers to their first Super Bowl title since the 1996 season. If winning a championship is supposed to take a weight off a coach's shoulders, the 47-year-old McCarthy hasn't felt it. ...
