Williams' shoulder sound after taking shot Sunday

Cornerback Tramon Williams might have lingering soreness in his injured shoulder for the rest of the season, but the fall he took on it Sunday against Minnesota suggests he's† over the hump in his recovery. Williams landed on his shoulder in the fourth quarter†on an out-of-bounds interception. He stayed on the ground for a moment before getting up and said he felt a twinge of pain. "But itís one of those things where you fall on it and you remember, 'Oh yeah, I hurt my shoulder,'" he said. "Then the pain went right away." Williams, who injured the shoulder in Week 1, was limited in his ability to jam receivers at the line of scrimmage for the first few†games after the injury but was able to do so regularly against the Vikings without a problem. "I can go up for the ball, I can do pretty much everything I want to do," he said. "Itís just when you fall on it you feel it. Iím still aware itís not 100 percent, but Iím not thinking about it when Iím playing."
