McCarthy on Rodgers: Best decision-maker since Montana

How many ways can Aaron Rodgers be praised? He's the leader in the MVP race through 7 weeks, ranks No. 2 in the league with 2,372 passing yards, No. 1 in passing touchdowns (20), No. 1 in completion percentage (71.5) and No. 1 in quarterback rating (125.7). Oh, and only six quarterbacks have few than his three interceptions - and none of them have more than eight touchdowns. Packers coach Mike McCarthy, however, found a new way to show Rodgers some love. "He is clearly the best decision maker that Iíve been around since my time in Kansas City with Joe Montana. He does not get bored throwing completions and thatís a great attribute to have as a quarterback. Heís clearly in tune with taking what the defense gives you. He has the anticipation, arm strength, dead accuracy to attack the seams. He does a great job of staying disciplined and playing within the offense." Montana is only a 4-time Super Bowl champion, 3-time Super Bowl MVP, a Hall of Famer, ranked the No. 4 player of all time by NFL.com.
