Packers 7 wins shy of matching NFL record

Although the Packers' current 14-game winning streak dating to last December is impressive, they are still seven wins shy of matching the New England Patriots for the longest win streak in NFL history, when counting playoffs. The Patriots won 21 in a row during the 2003 and 2004 seasons and won the Super Bowl in each of those years. Here is the list of all-time winning streaks by franchise, according to Coldhardfootballfacts.com. (This list only includes the longest in each franchise's history): 21 -- New England Patriots, 2003-04 18 -- Chicago Bears, 1933-34 and 1941-42 18 -- Denver Broncos, 1997-98 18 -- Miami Dolphins, 1972-73 18 -- San Francisco 49ers, 1989-90 17 -- Oakland Raiders , 1976-77 15 -- Pittsburgh Steelers, 2004 14 -- Green Bay Packers, 2010-11 14 -- Indianapolis Colts, 2009 14 -- Washington Redskins, 1942-43
