Raji doesn't mind reduction in snaps

Packers defensive coordinator Dom Capers said this week that B.J. Rajiís reduction in snaps last week was designed to keep him fresher as the season wears on. Coach Mike McCarthy said the running back rotation, in part, is such to limit the wear and tear on James Starks and Ryan Grant. Future health, especially with a 9-0 team, is obviously in the forefront of the coaching staffís minds. Raji said he doesnít mind the adjustment and thinks itís prudent to be smart about those reps. ďItís one of those things where itís thin line between just wanting to be out there and wanting to be a part of the team and helping us win,Ē Raji said. ďItís another thing to realize, you are human, we all need a break and someoneís healthy on the sidelines and can come in and gives us a spark even for a play or two or three. If thatís what I need to do, thatís what Iím going to do to continue to help us play good football. ďYea, youíre always going to get gassed when youíre playing hard and youíre playing, the way the season had been going prior to the Vikings game, we hadnít really been getting off the field early. Weíd been getting those 8-9-10-11 play drives. Obviously, (you get) a little winded, but thatís just part of the game. If you play hard, youíre going to get tired.Ē
