Burnett's club gets smaller, could disappear

For the first time since he broke his right hand in practice on Oct. 13, safety Morgan Burnett wasn't listed on the Packers' injury report. The Packers didn't practice today but because they play on Thursday at Detroit, they still had to submit an estimated practice report, and Burnett was nowhere on it. Could that mean he'll finally shed the club cast he has worn since the Oct. 16 game against St. Louis? Burnett said he wasn't sure. However, he did play with a smaller version of it yesterday against Tampa Bay. "My hand feels fine, but I don't know as far was what the trainers have planned for me with the club," Burnett said. "At least it was smaller yesterday. It felt a little better just to get a little of the weight off."
