Giants plan to take frustration out on Packers

Giants defensive coordinator Perry Fewell was frustrated following his unit’s lackluster performance in a 49-24 loss to the New Orleans Saints Monday night. Some Giants players shared Fewell's sentiment and suggested the Giants got punched in the mouth by the Saints and didn't punch back. It appears Fewell and members of his defense plan to take out their frustration on the Packers and quarterback Aaron Rodgers this week in their 3:15 p.m. game Sunday at MetLife Stadium. “We look forward to the opportunity to play these guys. That’s my confidence level,” Fewell said on Thursday of the Packers, per the Newark Star-Ledger. “We’re going to show up and we’re going to play on Sunday.”  Fewell said in no uncertain terms the Giants will go after Rodgers. “We just have to get after his (expletive), okay?” said Fewell. “And if we do that and he scrambles, then that’s the price he’s going to have to pay because we’re going to hit him. We’re going to hit him.”
