Jones on fan tackle: I was just cold

Linebacker Brad Jones may have had the hit of the day when he took out a 15-year old that sprinted onto the field while the Packers faced the Lions on Sunday. Jones tackled the teenager then a contingent of police officers then jumped on the boy and promptly arrested him. “Yeah, everybody asks me about it, probably even five minutes, kind of like now, but really, I was just cold,” Jones said. “I don’t understand how 10 security guards can’t catch one little kid. So, it’s all good. “Nah, I think he was still laughing. I think I could still hear him. Maybe not. I was just happy to get the game back going again.”
