Packers Dorsey an under-the-radar scout who could be GM

After the Oakland Raiders hired Reggie McKenzie as their general manager last week, there still are three GM openings in the NFL: Chicago, St. Louis and Indianapolis.

An NFL scout last week shared with us his thoughts about the openings and listed several scouts he thinks would make good GMs, though their names generally haven't been prominent as candidates. The list included a couple current or former Packers scouts.
