Keys: Quarterback Eli Manning converted two third downs with a 19-yard pass to Mario Manningham and an 11-yard pass to Victor Cruz.

Mason Crosby, 47-yard field goal, 5:33.

Keys: Ryan Grant opened the drive with a 19-yard run and the Packers moved into field goal range on a 19-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers to Jermichael Finley.
