Former Packers quiet in Super Bowl XLVI

INDIANAPOLIS - There wasn't much action for the former Packers on Sunday as the Giants upset the Patriots 21-17 in Super Bowl XLVI. Patriots center Nick McDonald was inactive. Defensive backs Derrick Martin and Will Blackmon both played on special teams for the Giants. Blackmon fielded one kickoff return for four yards, returned one punt 19 yards and fair caught two others. Giants defensive end Dave Tollefson was active, but did not record a statistic. Still, Martin, who broke out his Packers Super Bowl ring this week, now will have another after being on a title winning team for the second year in a row.
