In the last two seasons, the Green Bay Packers felt like they had a pretty good chance to win even when Aaron Rodgers couldn't finish a game or had to miss a start.

But with Matt Flynn set to leave them in free agency this offseason, they are preparing for this year's draft while judging whether Graham Harrell can keep their offense going as the backup quarterback.

Harrell, who began each of the last two seasons on their practice squad and finished on their 53-man roster, goes into the offseason as their top candidate for the backup job. ...
