Coach Mike McCarthy wants the Green Bay Packers' running game to look different in 2012. That, however, doesn't mean a change in personnel.

The Packers ranked No. 27 in the NFL last season with 97.4 rushing yards per game with James Starks and Ryan Grant splitting carries. Third-round pick Alex Green served as the No. 3 back until a torn ACL in Week 7 ended his season. Undrafted rookie Brandon Saine replaced him on the depth chart.

The only change among that group could be Ryan Grant, who is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent on March 13. Grant ripped off back-to-back 1,200-yard ...
