A look at developmental QBs deep in draft

As noted on this blog last week, the Packers are a good bet to draft a developmental quarterback, and in the Press-Gazette's position-by-position series we'll be taking a look at some of the later-round prospects who might interest them. The series starts Thursday (first installment will be posted sometime Wednesday evening or night). But I came across a post on ProFootballWeekly.com that looks at players even deeper in the quarterback draft class than I will -- a few guys who might not even get drafted but could be interesting post-draft signings. As the story points out, it's always worth remembering that, for instance, Dallas quarterback Tony Romo wasn't drafted. So you never know with these guys. Anyway, PFW does a thorough job scouting draft prospects every year, so take a look and remember these names late in the draft and especially in the signing frenzy of undrafted players immediately after. Here's the link.
