Once again this April, Press-Gazette Packers beat writer Rob Demovsky will provide a pre-draft breakdown of the Packersí roster at each position heading into the April 26-28 NFL draft. Hereís the position schedule: Monday: Defensive line Tuesday: Linebackers Wednesday: Defensive backs Thursday: Offensive line Friday: Running backs Saturday: Receivers Sunday: Tight ends Monday: Quarterbacks Today: Special teams What they have: Mason Crosby (K), Tim Masthay (P), Brett Goode (LS). Position analysis: After signing a five-year, $14.75 million contract last July, Mason Crosby made a career-high 85.7 percent of his field goals (24-of-28), including a franchise-record 58-yarder at Minnesota. Tim Masthay, in his second season as the Packersí punter, set the team record for both gross (45.6 yards) and net (38.6 yards) average while placing 23 of 55 punts inside the 20. Brett Goode, in his fourth season as the Packersí long snapper, was nearly flawless again. The future: The Packers didnít have any other specialists in training camp last season, and the only reason to do so this summer would be to avoid overworking this trio, which, barring injury, will be intact for another year.
