Mike Neal still thinks he has a chance to play in the Green Bay Packers' regular-season opener.

Though the defensive end remains suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing drugs, he said Tuesday that he planned to appeal one more time even though his initial appeal was shot down.
