Morning roundup: Focus turns to the Rams

Oct. 17, 2012

As is usually the case in the NFL, there's little time to enjoy a victory.

If the Packers spend too much time celebrating Sunday's important victory at Houston, then they could be in trouble.

That's because the St. Louis Rams, who host the Packers on Sunday, should be considered a "dangerous" matchup for the Packers, so says one of the NFL scouts that Pete Dougherty talked to for this piece: http://pck.rs/S2h5Wg

In other news:

* Here's Dougherty's weekly scouting report on the Packers upcoming opponent: http://pck.rs/V5wqnl

* Among the items in this notebook -- http://pck.rs/R8YA1b -- is a tidbit from Aaron Rodgers' weekly radio show yesterday on ESPN Milwaukee about a leg injury he sustained against the Texans.

It will be interesting to see if the quarterback is on the team's injury report today after practice.
