When pro football fans of a certain age think of the Rams, they may think first of the Los Angeles Rams, and then the St. Louis Rams. But Los Angeles hasn't had an NFL team for a generation, so we're talking history.

The Green Bay Packers started playing regular-season games in Los Angeles in 1946, the year the Rams moved there from Cleveland. The Packers played at the Los Angeles Coliseum once a year for the next 21 years, through 1967.

Now, though, the Packers haven't been back to Los Angeles in 21 years, not since a forgettable 23-21 loss to the Rams on Sept. 29, 1991. ...
