Steve Minzlaff made one catch for the Bay Port football team on Friday night.

It just so happened to be the biggest one of his career, and in the process helped the Pirates extend their season by at least one game.

The senior's spectacular 34-yard catch set up a 2-yard, game-winning touchdown run by Alec Ingold in the final minute of Bay Port's 19-17 win over D.C. Everest in a WIAA Division 1 first-round playoff game. ...
