Defensive lineman B.J. Raji returned to practice today and looks like he has a decent chance to return this week after missing the past two games because of an ankle injury.
Raji also practiced last Thursday but ended up not playing, so his participation today doesn't mean it's a given he'll play Sunday against Jacksonville. But he took part in all drills while practice was open to reporters today. His medical check-up Friday morning before practice probably will determine whether he plays.
Also, receiver Donald Driver (neck) returned to practice today after missing Wednesday.
The Packers had seven players who didn't practice today, including one new addition to the list, running back James Starks. There was no indication why Starks didn't practice -- he was healthy and didn't play last week against St. Louis but could have been injured in practice Wednesday.
The others who didn't practice were defensive back Charles Woodson (collarbone), fullback John Kuhn (hamstring), cornerback Sam Shields (ankle), outside linebacker Nick Perry (knee), receiver Greg Jennings (groin) and receiver Jordy Nelson (hamstring).
