Preble High School senior Tyler Brackeen earned a 4.0 grade point average while taking numerous advanced and Advanced Placement courses. As a junior, Tyler received a score of 5 on the National AP Calculus exam, the highest score a student can achieve. He is a member of the pep band, marching band, math team, varsity volleyball team and National Honor Society. He has participated in the American Mathematics Challenge for the last two years. Tyler received the Civic Engagement Award for his 72 hours of community service. He has volunteered for Benís Wish, Big Event for Little Kids, Toys for Tots, Boofest, and Freedom House. Tyler is employed at Festival Foods. Tyler would like to attend Marquette University, where he will major in engineering.
