After the Green Bay Packers rallied to beat the Phoenix Cardinals in November 1990, there was hope that they'd make the NFC playoffs. They were, after all, a .500 team at 5-5.

Anthony Dilweg came off the bench and threw two fourth-quarter touchdowns in a 24-21 Packers victory at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Ariz., on Nov. 18, 1990.
