Friday practice report: Another missing defender

Nov. 2, 2012

The Packers appear to have another injured defensive player.

Rookie safety Jerron McMillian was not participating in practice today.

His injury was not immediately known. He was in attendance but did not take part.

McMillian has seen an increased role since Charles Woodson's collarbone injury at St. Louis on Oct. 20.

Neither receiver Jordy Nelson (hamstring) nor fullback John Kuhn (hamstring) practiced, making their availability for Sunday's game against Arizona unlikely.

There were no other major changes at practice. Still out were: Woodson, cornerback Sam Shields (ankle), linebacker Nick Perry (knee), receiver Greg Jennings (groin) and defensive end Jerel Worthy (concussion).

We'll have the full injury report and comments from coach Mike McCarthy after practice at around 12:30 p.m.
