Scouting report: Cardinals' special teams

Patrick Peterson is a game breaker as a punt returner. As a rookie last season he returned four for touchdowns, including a 99-yarder, and finished behind only Chicago's Devin Hester in punt-return average (15.9 yards). He hasn't broken out this season and is averaging only 8.1 yards on 30 returns, with a long of only 26 yards.

Dave Zastudil has been a solid punter for years and has a 43.3-yard gross average for his 10-year career. This season he ranks No. 10 in net average (41.1 yards) and No. 16 in gross average (46.7 yards).

Jay Feely, 36, has made 81.9 percent of his field-goal attempts in his 12-year career, including 80 percent (12-for-15) this year.
