Ribble: Obama is to blame if there's no deal on fiscal cliff

U.S. Rep. Reid Ribble says in order for the country to avoid going over the fiscal cliff, the president and congress must work together to come up with a solution.

Ribble said he expects a solution to come "sometime after Thanksgiving" during Lame Duck session.

"Revenue has to be on the table," Ribble said. "There might be a disagreement on how to get revenue. I've not been a fan of nibbling around the tax code? we'll have to see what the president has in mind and what the speaker comes up with.." ...
