Big plays doomed the Waupaca football team this morning.

Waukesha Catholic Memorial scored on two touchdown plays of 70 yards or more in its 42-7 victory over the Comets in a WIAA Division 3 state championship game at Camp Randall Stadium.

Andre Bodden scored on a 77-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and running back Matt Hubley ran for a 70-yard score in the third quarter to spark the Crusaders (11-2). ...
