Packers running back Alex Green and tight end Andrew Quarless did not participate during the portion of Friday's practice available to the media prior to Sunday's game against Detroit.
Green was not on the injury report at all this week, so it's possible the team was giving him the day off like it's done occasionally with the second-year back a year removed from knee reconstruction.
Quarless (knee) did not practice on Thursday after being activated during the bye week from the physically unable to perform list. He's also working his way back from a significant knee injury last year.
Also not practicing were cornerback Charles Woodson, outside linebacker Clay Matthews and wide receiver Greg Jennings. All three have already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Running back Johnny White, who missed Thursday's practice with an illness, was taking part in today's final session, along with defensive end Mike Neal (ankle), who sat out the first two days of practice this week before returning in a limited capacity on Thursday.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy is expected to address the media at 12 p.m. (Central time).
