Physically, the pain lived up to its billing. A damaged nerve coupled with a nagging shoulder injury proved to be as problematic as it sounds for Tramon Williams in 2011.

However, it was far from being the biggest obstacle the Green Bay Packers cornerback had to overcome throughout the course of that exhausting campaign.

Mentally, there were even larger hurdles to climb - sometimes successfully, sometimes not - but even during the most challenging moments, Williams wasn't going to quit on the season. ...
