Joyce Nelson of Green Bay doesn't wait for Thanksgiving to express gratitude. As the owner of Joyce Ventures (www.joyceventures.com), she makes appreciation her business.

Nelson works with individuals, businesses and organizations in building business relationships with a "people first" philosophy. She recently participated in a 30-day Gratitude Challenge with the goal of expressing gratitude to at least one person a day by sending a written note. It's all part of what she calls gratitude marketing.
