The Red Clover Market will celebrate its first birthday Nov. 28, and its owners have plans up their sleeves to offer brewed coffee, to-go soup and salads, and a bigger selling space in the future.

After adding a second produce cooler at the end of this month, owner Darlene Barnes hopes to offer more vegan and vegetarian options for customers.

A few months ago, she began selling Milwaukee-based Alterra Coffee, and she said the response has been so positive that she wants to start brewing it in the market for customers to take or enjoy with fresh bakery or soup made in-store. ...
