APAC Customer Services Inc. said Monday it plans to add about 275 jobs in Green Bay immediately.

The openings focus on inbound customer service, the Illinois-based company said in a press release.

The main thrust of the jobs are handling customer service calls, but it includes providing service through email and other channels. In same cases there is also a sales element. ...
