Practice update: PIckett back

Nov. 29, 2012

Defensive lineman Ryan Pickett was back on the practice field today after sitting out Wednesday because of a quadriceps injury.

The Packers had seven players sit out practice today: defensive back Charles Woodson (collarbone), running back Johnny White (concussion), cornerback Sam Shields (ankle), outside linebacker Clay Matthews (hamstring), receiver Donald Driver (thumb), tight end Andrew Quarless (knee) and defensive lineman C.J. Wilson (knee).

Coach Mike McCarthy already has declared two of those players out for this week's game against Minnesota: Woodson and Shields.

Quarless was the only new player on the DNP list today. He's been in and out of practice since returning from the PUP list, based on the swelling and pain in his reconstructed knee.
