The company planning a Green Bay apartment building for struggling military veterans already is talking about expanding the complex, which it hopes to begin building a year from now.

Cardinal Capital Management of Milwaukee would add a 30-unit apartment building to a 52-unit structure it is proposing for six to eight acres of a site off of St. Anthony Drive on the city's northeast side.
