Second-quarter summary: Vikings 14, Packers 10

The Packers coughed up an 82-yard touchdown run to Adrian Peterson as Minnesota took a 14-10 lead entering halftime.

Mason Crosby had a chance to pull within one, but missed a 53-yard field goal with timing expiring in the half wide right. Aaron Rodgers completed 18-of-23 passes for 170 yards with one touchdown in the first half.

Guard T.J. Lang (ankle) and wide receiver Jordy Nelson (hamstring) both left with injuries during the half and are questionable to return. Rookie Don Barclay is now playing right tackle.

Keys: The Vikings continued to keep their offense simple, starting with a Christian Ponder scramble that went for 9 yards after Erik Walden overran him rolling out of the backfield. A.J. Hawk helped stuff Peterson on second-and-one for no gain, but Peterson plowed through would be tackles of Tramon Williams, M.D. Jennings and Morgan Burnett for the score with Casey Hayward trailing in pursuit.
Drive: 3 plays, 91 yards, 1:27.

Packers 10, Vikings 7
Kyle Rudolph, 7-yard touchdown pass from Christian Ponder (Blair Walsh kick), 12:18.
Keys: After going three-and-out on first drive, Minnesota fed Adrian Peterson the ball on the first four plays before two completions to Kyle Rudolph. The Vikings drove down to the Packersí 3 before Ponder fumbled the handoff on first a goal. The following play, Ponder rolled off play-action and blazed a pass past Brad Jones and into the arms of Rudolph, who came across the middle on a crossing pattern.
Drive: 14 plays, 71 yards, 6:49.
