The pressure to make a perfect meal, buy the right present and say yes to every party invitation can and often does make the holidays the most stressful time of the year.

"There are so many expectations to have a good time, so many commercials telling us what to buy the kids, so many traditions that have to happen," says Toni Schklar, manager at St. Elizabeth Healthcare's Holistic Health Center in Fort Thomas, Ohio.
