We're not done yet!

We told you how to find your motivation, find the right exercises for you and strike a balance, body and spirit. We talked with neighbors about food, faith and keeping fit under pressure. We offered suggestions for healthier family time and stressed the value of getting a good nightís sleep.

It made a difference in the community, and many of you have been successful in your efforts, but we have more encouragement to share, more resources to offer, to help even more of you decide to make a lasting lifestyle change for your health.

We have many role models in our community, and we have loads of events and activities to help improve our health. Thanks to some great partnerships, we have been able to bring useful information together. Yes, itís been quite a year. But we know, as you do, that this journey toward better health is not a short one, certainly not just a short 12 months.

So, in the coming year, the editors and reporters of Gannett Central Wisconsin Media will dig deeper into the health issues facing you and your families: In 2013, we will address the unique challenges facing adult caregivers, provide a window into diabetes, offer advice to people suffering nagging injuries and share advice from parents to parents for keeping kids active. Along the way, we want to showcase local people and have a local conversation. We want to hear from you about your concerns, interests and advice on how to stay active all year long.
