For most of us, red represents the very best of human emotions: love. Since the grand opening of Red on Nov. 1, love reigns supreme at the corner of Broadway and Walnut, right in the center of Green Bay's Broadway District.

"The bottom line is that everything we do, we do with love," general manager Jeremy Brown said. "Even if it's something seemingly simple like a key lime martini, or a cosmopolitan, I take the kind of time and care for a customer that I would for myself. I won't serve it if it isn't absolutely the best."
