Halligan leads Evergreens boys hockey to second straight win

WESTON - Cole Halligan scored two goals and added two assists in the first period to help Everest out to an early lead on the way to a 7-2 win over Marshfield in a Wisconsin Valley Conference matchup on Dec. 4.

Halligan added a goal in the second period to complete the hat trick, and the Evergreens won their second straight game to highlight a busy sports week for D.C. Everest athletics.

"We got pucks to the net, and the kids did a nice job of finishing. It was nice to see some scoring output after scoring only two goals in our first three games; hopefully it will carry over to Tuesday night against SPASH." ...
