BDCH hosts holiday season cooking class Wednesday

Beaver Dam Community Hospital will be hosting a Holiday Season Cooking Class on Wednesday, Dec. 12 at 6 p.m. in the first-floor conference rooms to discuss ways to modify your favorite holiday foods to lower calories, fat and sodium.

The holiday season can be a stressful time on your emotional and physical well-being, and this class also discusses strategies for coping with emotional overeating during the holidays.

Food samples will be available to taste test. Fee to attend is $10. To register, or for more information, call 920-887-6631.
