Gov. Scott Walker previewed his upcoming budget Friday and laid out plans for schools, taxes and jobs.

Walker said he hopes his administration and the Legislature stay focused on the state's priorities and avoids distractions swirling in a still-heated political environment.

He reiterated five points to spotlight in the next two years: create jobs, develop a stronger workforce, transform education, reform government and invest in infrastructure. ...
