The sale and deed transfer of the Tri-County Ice Arena was completed in late November so the facility at 700 E. Shady Lane in the town of Menasha originally planned as a three-county operation (Winnebago, Outagamie and Calumet) is now completely owned by Winnebago County.

Winnebago County recently drafted a $1 check to purchase Outagamie County's half ownership of the Tri-County Ice Arena and now hopes to sell naming rights to the facility for a much bigger check.
