In its final meeting of 2012, Fond du Lac City Council faces a full agenda that includes a decision on whether to replace resigning Council President Rick Gudex before the spring election.

Council meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the City County Government Center Legislative Chambers, 160 S. Macy St. Meetings are open to the public. They are televised live on Charter cable channels 21/980.Gudex

Gudex was elected to the Wisconsin Senate in the Nov. 6 presidential election and will begin duties in Madison next month. His resignation from council will be effective after Wednesday's meeting. ...
