Green Bay promotes healthy lifestyle choices with its sidewalks and bike lanes, but the city could do more with tougher development standards, better signage and other amenities.

That was the assessment of a visiting group of civic leaders and health advocates who toured Green Bay recently to examine how well the city is designed for the simplest of outdoor activities.
